Fawzi Melhem is a global water systems strategist and institutional advisor with over two decades of leadership in sustainable irrigation, water efficiency, and resource optimization across arid and urban environments.
He operates at the intersection of policy, infrastructure, and execution—supporting public-sector and governmental entities across the GCC and MENA, as well as leading developers and operators of sustainable and smart cities.
An alumnus and former Trustee of the American University of Beirut, where he graduated Valedictorian and earned the Penrose Award, Fawzi brings together academic rigor, governance experience, and real-world execution.
